What makes a magazine a magazine? Is it the glossy cover of an uber skinny air-brushed celeb? The monthly columns on fashion, beauty, guys and trends? Or is it simply the readability on the elliptical or for a long plane ride?
Misstropolis is pushing the definition of the magazine-with it's free online publication for modern Bostonian woman.
Misstropolis is "a next generation magazine… a smart, sophisticated source of information...Only online. Gorgeously green. Intuitively interactive".
The site covers the basics of arts, culture, style, life, table (food) and spirit. In this edition, you can read up on contemporary art reviews, the art of the eye job, 2008 Gift Guides and advice for donating to charity at the holidays.
Oh and editor-in-chief Robin Hauck just got voted as one of the Globe's 25 Most Stylish Bostonian's, so you know you're in good hands.
